Structural Space Planning

Modular Interior Engineering

We design interior environments as a kit of engineered modules: walls, ceilings, floors, and plant platforms that are fabricated off site to tight tolerances and assembled on site in days rather than weeks. Each module is dimensioned around the services that travel inside it, so power, data, lighting, and air handling arrive exactly where the fit-out needs them.

Modular construction reduces site waste, shrinks the programme, and protects finish quality in buildings that must keep operating around the build. Our detail drawings give the fabrication shop everything it needs, and our site engineers control the assembly sequence so that tolerances are preserved from the first module to the last.

MEP Systems Design

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems carry the life of a building. Our designers size air handling, lighting, small power, water, and drainage networks against real occupancy and equipment loads, then coordinate every duct, tray, and pipe into a single three dimensional model. Clashes are resolved in the model, not in the ceiling void.

We prepare the schedules, layouts, and schematics that contractors need to install cleanly, and we specify the testing that proves each system works. The outcome is a services package that performs reliably from the first day of operation and is straightforward for facilities teams to maintain and extend.

Facility Retrofit Engineering

Live buildings need new capability without losing uptime.
